My home is on the Sydney northern beaches at Freshwater which has 10 bedrooms 3 bathrooms & swimming pool . The house is 5 min to Freshwater beach, famous Manly beach area, and largest shopping centre in Australia , bus service at door to Manly ( 5 min ) & City (30 mins express bus).The single room rate is $1200 per month per person or Twin Share double room is $1800 per month ( 2 people inclusive) per room .Australian dollars includes breakfast & dinner 7 days a week, High Speed Internet is avalable. Please note there is no bond or contract with payment on arrival only give 2 weeks notice when vacating & 1 months rent in advance for long stay eg (1 month or more with balance refunded if 2 weeks notice given) all rooms are private..Length of stay is flexible from 1 week to 5 years. I am very experienced with Long Term, Short Term guest,s including international students needs also very happy friendly caring family. The tennants accomodation can be terminated imediately due to unsatisfactory behavior at owners discretion.
